..see below... Explanation: The sense seems - possibly - to be that ...it only remains to PUT STHG (?) INTO PRACTICE / STHG IS ALREADY EFFECTIVELY 'DONE' /ALL THAT REMAINS FOR STHG TO BE OPERATIONAL IS TO AWAIT THE DECISION. These are some ideas only. It would be useful to know what's happening in court! |

>> see below << Explanation: This is a tough one, with Spanish that is unusally convoluted even for a legal brief. However, here are a couple of first hacks at it: "I must state that, in the opinion of the party whom I represent, in order to confirm the factual nature [or "de facto existence"] of the alleged bias of Her Honor the judge toward the party in question, all that needs to be done is to await the outcome of the present proceedings"; or "I must state that, in the opinion of the party whom I represent, all that needs to be done is to await the outcome of the present proceedings in order to confirm the factual nature of the alleged bias of Her Honor, the judge toward the party in question." The most unclear part is which party the judge is allegedly biased toward, although the implication is that it's the opponent of the party whom the speaking attorney represents. |
