Spanish term or phrase:el termino de una audiencia
I am totally stuck on the following phrase, the part betweens *s. Can anyone
Asi mismo se le requiera para que en *el termino de una audiencia*,
satisfaga la suma de bla bla bla.
Many thanks :-)
Explanation: I'm not too sure about this, and I also think it depends a lot on where the Spanish is coming from, but in México we use en el término de to express during or in, like from the beginning to the end.
I hope this helps.
Explanation: According to OED:
2. a. The sitting together of a number of persons (esp. of a court, a legislative, administrative, or deliberative body) for conference or the transaction of business.
Explanation: There are several translations for audiencia. I found in my legal terms glossary, which is very good, that there is a "rate case": "audiencia tarifaria", which is clearly related to an amount to be paid.
