Livestock / Animal Husbandry / general
Spanish term or phrase: puesto (de estancia)
Si tienen alguna sugernencia, se las agradeceré. El diccionario da la opción "cattle station" pero "cattle or sheep stations" son más bien el equivalente para estancia.

I have been lucky enough to visit an "estancia" or two, and yes, I know what you mean. It like an outpost (or sometimes the headquarters) on a ranch. Maybe those are good words to use together - a ranch outpost........there could be various outposts on the ranch. What is your target country?

I think that it is fine to use the "American" word ranch as at least part of your translation. Then, it depends what they are trying to sell. "Ranch outposts sounds a little more rustic maybe with fewer conveniences. You could also say "ranch headquarters" which connotes a little more luxury and "civilization".

"ranch oupost" seems to be a terminology that is used for these camps. You might even use "remote ranch outpost". I've put some examples for you that use outpost in relation with estancias. I hope it helps.
