Explanation:
Here's a ref.

Imagínate que un domingo, con el suplemento semanal de un periódico, regalas
un cederrón de musiquilla. Necesitas poner la revista y el cederrón dentro de
una protección de plástico transparente para que nada se pierda.
Eso es el retractilado, según mis informaciones.

Tenés razón, Miguel Ángel. Es lo que en inglés se llama "shrink wrap", una
especie de envoltura de algo como celofán en que se envuelven libros y muchas
otras cosas para protegerla. (http://majordomo.eunet.es/listserv/apuntes/1999-04/0060.html...

Here's more info.... notice the "tunnel":

descarga "push and pull"; sistema "hot melt" para la colocación de precintos a
botellas de alcohol; servicio de retractilado mediante túnel de calor, etc. ...

retractable

Explanation:
It sounds like a deformation of "retractil" they use the suffix of part participle meaning that there is a verb that would be "to make something retractable" and "retractilado" would be the object that has gone through that process... It may be from oral language, because it's not a real word and I can't find it in any of my dictionaries... I hope I helped you...
