Spanish term or phrase: . El distribuidor, además se beneficia del descuen
This is the marketing section of a financial report. I am stuck on the word "rapeles", which seems like "recalls" or some such thing, but that would not make sense here.

English translation:the distributing agent also benefits from the discount by means of bonuses
Explanation:
Context is lacking. Even the sentence (. El distribuidor, además se beneficia del descuento por rápeles de *** en la. c) is mutilated. Therefore do not trust my translation but I would ask you to definitely trust my explanation because I am familiar with this type of remuneration to agents.
When an agent reaches a previously set sales mark over a certain period of time (say $2,000 a month or $20,000 a year) he may get a special bonus called "rappel" (the word is a galicism widely used in wholesaler/retailer relations) which may consist of an increased commission (i.e. 12% instead of the usual 10%) or a bonus (i.e. an extra $500 on top of the usual commision).
"Rappeles" or "rapeles" or "rápeles" (you can find the word written more often in French) my also be given to employees with a good sales performance or to customers. For instance, if a travel agent has a turnover of more than 1,000,000 ptas. with a particular hotel for a given year, the hotel may (if previously established) recompense the agent with a "rappel" of, say, 50,000 ptas. on top of the usual commission.
I was a hotel manager for 18 years and granted some "rappels" (that was the way we used to write it) to travel agents and tour operators.
The word means that you have to remember (French: rappeler) past performance to calculate the amount due to the agent. You don't know the sum until the specified period of time has elapsed.

Furthermore, the distributor will also be given a volume discount..

Explanation:
The spelling is rappels in Spain, usually. The concept is a volume or "promotional" discount. The discount is in the price per volume purchase. Toodle-oo.
