Not the literal translation but the equivalent terminology. Thanks a lot.

English translation:export manger /director
Explanation:
this is the usual title for someone who mages this area of a company's business (note that in English, administration has not the same status as manager - administration jobs are considered quite menial, routine, etc)

alternative acceptable titles could be

foreign trade manager (more appropriate for sevices, such as financial, insurance, banking etc) (200,000 hits)

But I prefer 'export manager' by far. (500,000 hits)

The hits refer to frequency in Google.

Use manager if the company is smallish. director if the company is enormous

Foreign Trade Manager

Explanation:
Gerente is a Manager, not a Secretary nor a Minister.

It's the manager who deals with foreign trade in a company.

Good luck! :)

Explanation:
regarding ailish's explanation.
Note that an export manager deals only with the exports of a company.

A foreign trade manager deals with exports as well as imports.

Cheers! :)
