Spanish term or phrase: repercusión media
In a document from Spain, it shows:

Las viviendas de tres dormitorios tienen una superficie media de XX,00 m²cc, un precio medio de 2XX.XXX,00 euros y una repercusión media de 2.XXX,XX euros/m²cc.

(The last figure is obtained by simply dividing the price by the m2). Is there a specific term for "repercusión media"? average impact or average repercussion do not sound correct to me.

Thanks for your help.

average price per square metre
Explanation:
I think the answer is there in the question if you say it's the price divided by the area. Assuming cc is cuadrados, and to avoid unnecessary repetition, I would translate it as follows:

The three-bedroom houses cost an average of EUR X, and have an average floor area of €X square metres, equivalent to €X per square metre.
