... Is what the regional government here calls the "single window" for official transactions with the authorities. It means you don't have to go to several different departments to apply for things like e-signature certificates, residency, tax affairs, planning permission... and other official bumf.

One-stop does not transmit "a full complete" service to me, it simply means you leave one agency/company in charge of doing the job, with no guarantee that they well do it well or badly, but..... if that is the English style nowadays, then it will be used, I prefer "all round," "comprehensive" or "complete." They all express the "job well done" message I am looking for, I hope you understand what I mean, no offence intended at all guys.

What "integral" actually amounts to applied to a translation service is a very moot point. It suggests that they do everything you could want done. It might mean they do any language pair and/or any subject area. It might mean they offer formatting and typesetting as well as just translation, for example. But it doesn't really commit them to anything like that. It could mean anything or nothing at all. "Comprehensive" or "complete" are weasel words, just as much as "one-stop". It's just a matter of style, to my mind. "One-stop" is good in marketing terms because it suggests convenience for the customer and efficiency.

In response to your question to Lorena, "is one-stop "integral", I'd say there isn't a simple yes/no answer. In Spain, companies appear to liberally sprinkle "integral" all over the place in their promotional puffs, as they obviously think it looks/sounds professional and dynamic. I've come across it umpteen times and I'd say 80% of the time it means absolutely nothing in real terms. Similarly, they will use "desarrollar" (develop) all over the place when about half of the time they simply mean "do/carry out" . The expression "one-stop shop" is currently used in similar obfuscatory fashion in marketing texts, which is why I prefer it to Charles's perfectly correct suggestion in this case.

These are the two best choices here, to my mind. I slightly prefer "comprehensive", but either would be fine, I think, and both are certainly very common (lots of Google results).

Charles Davis: I must say I like this too; it's good if you want a kind of energetic, "can-do" image, and it implies convenience. "Comprehensive" is more kind of staid and authoritative. I agree with Helena; it's nice to have another option!
