grout/ing... with matching "pastina"
Explanation:
Based on Helena's references, here's a suggestion from a rank amateur in plastering/tiling terms (me).
Going by her 1st reference, you'd probably have to leave "pastina" in italics with an explanation (a rare material that has been developed only in Italy )

I understand "a tono" to mean that the special grout (patina) matches the colour of the tiles, complementing it.

agree  patinba: In this part of the world, "pastina" in nothing special, just plain old grout, so you could use "grouting mix" instead.

Reference information:
The “Pastina” is a rare material that has been developed only in Italy especially because it manages to combine the color characteristics of the cement tiles and at the same time the uniformity of the surface of the terrazzo tiles.

http://www.grandinetti.it/en/pastine

Pastina is a combination of various finely ground minerals and hydraulic binder. Pastina floors, already well-known at the end of the last century, were very popular at the end of the nineteenth century and early twentieth century due to the skill of the craftsmen who made them.

If installing as a grouted installations, place two spacers along each tile edge and install the next tile gently against the spacers. If installing without grout, make sure tiles are tight against the adjoining tile.

Si instalara losetas con lechada (pastina), coloque dos espaciadores a lo largo de cada borde de la loseta, e instale la siguiente loseta suavemente contra los espaciadores.

Hopefully someone will provide you with a decent answer. I'm afraid I don't have time to think of a professional-sounding answer.
