cardiogenic shock, renal failure Explanation: "Desequilibrio"(Imbalance) is not a commonly used term to describe the cause of death.Actually, according to three medical sources, "desequilibrio" is redundant when used together or along with "insuficiencia", because they both mean that the kidneys are not working propoerly. The term normally used in DC in English is Renal Failure, which means that the kidneys are not working at all. Therefore, the death is due to failure and not to "insuficiencia". Best of luck!¡Saludos! |

Cardiogenic shock, renal failure Explanation: I agree with "imbalance" being redundant. The Spanish word "insuficiencia" means that something is not able to perform its functions. Therefore "failure" is more correct than "insufficiency". |

cardiogenic shock - renal disorder/deficiency Explanation: "disorder" stands for "desequilibrio" "deficiency" stands for "insuficiencia" As far as I know "failure" is used with heart diseases, but not with renal ones. |
