Spanish to English translations [PRO] Medical
Spanish term or phrase:Uso: coadyuvante en el manejo de las dislipoprote
Thank you in advance for your help. Im translating a business document that mentions a pharmaceutical company and one of its products. It gives the name of the medication, dosage and then it says what it is used for. The phrase stands by itself so I can not give you any more information on it. I am not a medical translator and consequently I do not have a dictionary that could possibly tell me what it means. So this request is for those seasoned medical translators out there who know what it means.
adjuvant/coadjuvant/synergist in the management of dyslipoproteinemia
Explanation: If the people who read the report you are translating do not have medical backgrounds, then the word synergist is probably your best bet. Dyslipoproteinemia is a disorder affecting the lipid-protein complexes in the blood. This is a very simple explanation for the reader who might wonder about it. Hope this helps.
