El tiempo de verbo no suena bien, no se debería usar el presente sino el pasado: 'he might --- have presented---'

Y una aclaración: no se trata de problemas coronarios (como señaló antes Heathcliff con el comentario re: infarto), sino de problemas cerebrales.
