He estado recibiendo varios informes muy similares de la UCI para traducir al ingles y me cuesta bastante porque normalmente solo traduzco a mi lengua materna. Se agradece la ayuda.

partial obliteration of the basal cisterns
Explanation:
I have, however not yet found, where the puntiformes fits in.
If I find a solution for that, I'll be back.

Greetings,

Nikolaus

I had another look at my anatomy books and I can\'t find any cisterns which would merit the name puntiformes.
By the way \"peritroncales\" means \"around the brainstem\", but in English this is \"basal\" (being at the base of the brain)

If everything is well, your text should deal about a brain injury with swelling of the brain and/or blood around the brain (or a tumour of the brain in an advanced state)
