I think it should be descasar with one "s" but anyway - this is one of the skills on a child's development analysis on how he does in the classroom. For example, the point before is:

descasar = turbar la disposición de las cosas que casaban bien = disarrange / upset the arrangement of

descascar = hablar mucho y sin comedimiento

Just to give you an idea that this could be quite the opposite of descansar (but who knows really - is it possible for this list to include negative items???)
