NKDA - No Known Drug Allergies Explanation: NAMC - no alergias a medicina conocidas NKDA - no known drug allergies This is a relatively common phrase that I would expect to show up in the "Other" section of a medical report, as a useful fact to know about the patient outside of the current condition they're facing. I would not expect this to refer to nephrotoxicity unless maybe you're reading something in this report that explicitly discusses problems receiving contrast media in a CT/MR scan or liver problems, and I don't see why it would appear under "otros antecedentes." |
