Explanation:
for BRIHH = bloqueo de rama izquierda del haz de Hiss.
I don't have an answer for Rs, though. On the one hand, there is an RS-segment in an ECG, then of course there are the R-points; however I rather think that it's some "R" in the plural; the first that comes to my mind in this context would be "Trastornos de la repolarización", but that would probably result in some other abbreviation. Perhaps i'll find something more likely later.
