Explanation:
it does seem very probable, that this is a typo for BRIHH = bloqueo completo de rama izquierda del haz de His; the only alternative I know is BRDHH (derecha instaed of izquierda).

it does seem very probable, that this is a typo for BRIHH = bloqueo completo de rama izquierda del haz de His; the only alternative I know is BRDHH (derecha instaed of izquierda).
