Spanish term or phrase: Gte: (Gte P, Gte Med, GTE Pico)
Dear colleagues, this is in an echocardiogram report from Argentina. Under the measurements for Aortic Valve, there is one abbreviation I haven't seen and can't find in Cosnautas, on Proz, or anywhere else: "Gte". I've also looked unsuccessfully for it in English, in case it's an English abbreviation. Can anybody help?

Thanks to everyone who kindly helped me with my brain freeze. Naturally, two minutes after I sent this question, I had one of those smack-the-forehead moments: "Gradiente, claro!!!" But Proz wanted me to wait a while before closing the question.

Does 'gradiente' make any sense?

Abstract
The peak systolic pressure gradient (the difference between peak left ventricular [LV] and peak aortic systolic pressures) has been used for many years as a primary measure of severity in children with valvar aortic stenosis (AS).1–3 Reliance on the peak systolic pressure gradient in clinical decision-making was based on the practice of measuring the gradient at catheterization by withdrawing a single catheter from the left ventricle to aorta.
