I think "changes" is suitable in a medical context .... but "alterations" seems ok too

Me parace que está mal empleado el término "traumatológico":

traumatológico, ca.
1. adj. Med. Perteneciente o relativo a la traumatología.

y debe ser "traumático:

traumático, ca.
(Del lat. traumatĭcus, y este del gr. τραυματικός).
1. adj. Perteneciente o relativo al trauma. Neurosis traumática.
2. adj. traumatizante. Agente, acontecimiento traumático.
