This is from a patient report on a patient attending the ED due to chest pain.

It says:

'A pesar de que el cuadro que ha presentado el paciente es sugestivo de vasovagal, el hecho de que continue realizando dolor torácico de características atípicas, y la posibilidad de que la imagen del TAC pueda corresponder a un pseudoaneurisma traumático de aorta con hematoma crónico contenido a nivel paramediastínico adyacente, *obliga a descartar que se esté fisurando*, por lo que permanecerá monitorizado en Semicríticos hasta la realización el martes de la RMN.'
