Estoy traduciendo un informe médico y no estoy clara en qué pueden significar algunas siglas. Estoy limitada para hace búsquedas porque en este momento no tengo internet (ahora conectada en casa de un amigo).

"Al examen físico, paciente luce en buenas condiciones generales. Cabeza normocéfala. No palpo tumoraciones ni reblandecimientos. Cuello: tiroides no visible ni palpable. No se palpan adenopatías. CP estable. Mamas: no se palpan tumoraciones, axilas libres, **FSC libres**. Abdomen blando, depresible, no doloroso. Perfil general y lipídico sin alteraciones. Actualmente goza de buena salud."

Busqué en Cosnautas y me pareció que podría tratarse de "fosa supraventricular" (es la única estructura anatómica de la lista), pero realmente no sé si podría tratarse de esto o no.

¿Alguien con experiencia en la traducción de este tipo de informes médicos cortos sabrá a qué se refiere?
