Medical - Medical (general) / doctor\'s treatment plan order
Spanish term or phrase: control SOS
This is under treatment plan in the notes of a clinical trial patient treated in the hospital for pneumonia:

Plan: Mantener inhaladores
Control SOS

I don't find this in Cosnautas, and don't see anything in past KudoZ questions that seems to fit.

What does SOS stand for here, and how do we say it in English?

Thanks for your help.
