Medical - Medical (general)
Spanish term or phrase: AMAS conservados
This appears in a serious adverse event report from Colombia. In a physical examination, the extremities are described as follows:

Extremidades: Móviles, simétricas, AMAS conservados, sin déficit motor ni sensitivo aparente.

Any ideas? I've been trying searches including words that might be in there ("ambos" "miembros" "musculares", "articulaciones") but haven't found anything so far. Or could the M and the S be "motor" and "sensitivo"? In which case, what could the A be?

Thanks in advance for your help :)

Explanation:
AMA could refer to ¨range of motion¨ or ¨active range of motion¨. Without more context I would opt for the first option.
