loss of partner and consort
Explanation:
loss of partner and consort

perdida de pareja y convivencia ...del sistema nervioso central...

This just does not follow, at least immediately. However, "perdida de pareja y convivencia" would mean "loss of partner and consort" as in a claim for damages, and the word would have to be "pareja", because "paraja" does not exist.

We'll leave it to you to check it out to see if it fits.
