I understand this is some sort of operating gown or overall, but can´t find the proper name. For a pharmaceutical document on compounding of drugs

En el Procedimiento Operativo Estandar de Elaboracion se debe considerar lo descrito a continuacion:

En el area de vestuario, el tecnico paramedico que arsenalea, se colocara la bata o buzo esteril sobre su ropa de circulacion.
Despues, se colocara el primer par de guantes quiriirgicos esteriles, le ayudara al QF a colocarse la bata esteril, cerrandola por la espalda.
El paramedico abre la puerta de acceso al area de preparacion.

"Buzo" = "mono" = "Prenda de vestir de una sola pieza, de tela fuerte, que consta de cuerpo y pantalón, especialmente la utilizada en diversos oficios como traje de faena." This would be "c/overalls" rather than "gown".
