No estoy segura si se refieren a los estropajos duros metálicos, puede ser por eso de rejilla. Si fuera un trapo de tela, no creo que diría "rejilla", ¿no? No sé que piensen mis colegas. Saludos.

Si es una toalla de cocina común, lo que en algunos lugares llaman \"repasador\", entonces sería simplemente \"kitchen towel\", en USA, al menos, o \"dishcloth\" (que no son de tela de toalla, sino de algodón, para secar vasos sin dejar pelusita).
