standard [or fallback, if you want to be literal] formula for assigning powers Explanation: competencia could be jurisdiction, but in your case, since they're conferred upon federal office-holders and others, I would assume we're dealing with powers rather than jurisdiction 20 years of experience as a financial translator, with plenty of experience in legal too |
