En la partida de nacimiento de una señora nacida en 1925(pero la partida se asentó en 1999) :

"La presente partida de nacimiento se asienta en base a diligencias de establecimiento subsiario de estado civil,cuya resolución final se encuentra protocolizada en la Escritura Pública número sesenta y uno...."

No sé exactamente qué quiere decir todo esto.

What seems to be happening is that the lady was born in 1925, but her birth certificate wasn't officially recorded until 1999 (thanks to the efforts of the 'establecimiento subsi[di]ario de estado civil'), and was then included in an 'escritura publica.' My guess is that, in this case, the 'escritura publica' is probably a document relating to an inheritance (although these types of notarized documents may also consist of deeds, contracts or leases involving real estate or other property, or powers of attorney ('poderes')." -- Hope this helps!
