Help! Translationg certification of completion of course at school run by Argenine military; this is someone's title (abbreviated).
Could this be "Jefe de Departamento de la Escuela"?

However, you should remember that most of the typing in military areas in Argentina are done by soldiers during their military service ("furrieles") so there could be a typing mistake, since most of them are not precisely good typists. Anything that I could put would just be a guess.
J Dto Ec could stand for Jefe del Departamento de la Escuela de Comunicaciones (military context) or Escuela de Comercio (non-military context), but I have no reason to say that this is the right answer. Sorry...
