I agree with the other answers, but in colloquial Italian rimpatriata does not mean "homecoming", but just a get-together. In this phrase, I guess that people from the Crocetta village who live abroad or in another town are going to have a get-together, either in their home town or in any other place, after which everybody will resume their usual lives.
The final greeting translates more or less "Best regards"
