Spanish term or phrase: plantilla de cuero-suela y piso de nitrilo
Industrial shoes, the plantilla is the insole, I don't know what cuero suela is. Piso is the sole, and I don't know what nitrilo is.
Thanks in advance.

leather insole, acrilonitril sole

Explanation:
I think there might be a problem with the hyphen. Thus, cuero-suela is not an item. It should be: plantilla de cuero - suela y piso de nitrilo.
Suela is sole. Nitrilo or 'caucho nitrilo' is acrilonitril, a material used in safety footwear. I have a problem with 'suela' AND 'piso', though.I think there is a redundancy.
Hope this helps.

Explanation:
'Cuero-suela':'Patent leather insole'
'Nitrilo'is a chemical compound, found in most elastomers plastics, like vinyl.
'Piso de nitrilo': 'Vinyl platform'[a guess].

Nitrile Rubber (Acrylonitrile)

Explanation:
Sorry, it was misspelled. "Acrylonitrile" is the right spelling and it is also known as nitrile rubber', and I think C Shaw is right about 'insole with leather lining' too.
