This is the standard term in the United States (pick up the yellow pages of any large US city, and you will find one listed.) I don't know what the term is in the UK, so it will depend on where your target audience is. (In NO case is it translated "Palace" - it will always be a Hall or a Center - Centre, if you're in the UK.)
