Explanation: Ambito vasco de decisión= the Nation Basque scope of decision(making), meaning that basque people should decide for its future avoiding Spanish Government´s decisions. Principios del Pacto de Estrella= Principles of Estella´s Agreement. Note is not Estrella but Estella, a small basque town where it was agreed among political parties to negotiate with radical independentist parties. Eukadi Buru Batzar= the basque language term for Gobierno de la Nación Vasca (Basque Nation Administration/Government) Alianza Abertzale= coalition among radical basque independentist political parties.
