por lo usual, hay oficialias primeras, segundas, terceras, etc... y por mi experiencia suelen hacer los mismos tramites que se haria en EU dentro de un "Clerk's Office" por ejemplo, legalizaciones, certificaciones, busquedas de informacion dentro de archivos publicos etc...
