Brown rice or cargo rice

Explanation:
The arroz intégral that gets sold in stores, and that people use to make sure they are getting full nourishment, is called *brown rice*. Considered nutritionally superior because it contains nutrients necessary to keep from getting scurvy:

"integral" is generically "whole grain"

Explanation:
(as in trigo integral - whole grain wheat). This simply means that the grain is not treated (usually by reducing it in elements, to make it more esthetically pleasing to some tastes).

brown rice

Explanation:
"The harvested rice kernel, known as paddy, or rough, rice, is enclosed by the hull, or husk. Milling usually removes both the hull and bran layers of the kernel, and a coating of glucose and talc is sometimes applied to give the kernel a glossy finish. Rice that is processed to remove only the husks, called brown rice, contains about 8 percent protein and small amounts of fats and is a source of thiamine, niacin, riboflavin, iron, and calcium. Rice that is milled to remove the bran as well is called white rice and is greatly diminished in nutrients."
PR is correct that "integral" is generically translated "whole-grain", but the term is not applied to rice. I have never heard or seen the term "cargo rice" before today, and I grew up in health-food stores. Maybe it's a British thing.
