I would translate this as Accounting Assistant, however, this person has a list of positions she held and underneath Auxiliar comes Asistente??? How do I differentiate (Auxiliar is also used by itself)

I cannot tell you what the relative ranks of “Accounting Assistant” and “Accounting Aide” are. However, I can say that “Accounting Aide” is one of the terms in a set including “Accounting Assistant”, “Accounting Manager” . And that the word “aide” occurs in the same way, i.e. as an occupational rank in the contexts such as administration, teaching, nursing, etc.

Finally and parenthetically, In another meaning “Accounting Aide” also appears as the word for a kind of software package for PCs, and in websites offering accounting/bookeeping information, as in the following:-
