pure-play o empresa virtual
Explanation:
Hello. "El mercado de la oferta en Internet de servicios financieros a través de empresas virtuales es limitado". A few Google links show the use of the original English term in Spanish texts, although there are links which calls it "empresa virtual", "jugadores puramente virtuales" o "nuevas empresas en internet" y "empresa de internet pura"!!! I vote for "empresa virtual" (1st link, if these guys don't get this right who will...). Good luck and pure cheers :)

Explanation:
"Pure-play" (also written without the hyphen) designates those entities concentrated entirely in the Internet, as opposed to "brick-" or "click-and-mortar". I would suggest you use the Spanish phrase of your choice, perhaps followed by '("pure-play")', since a Google search, set to Spanish pages, on the term gives only 21 hits.
