This is from a Spanish application form. Basically the idea is the applicant doesn't have a criminal record, so it will be OK for him to visit another country. Fairly standard stuff.

The question I'm asking has been asked once before, but that answer was never graded, and none of the answers got any peer comments (even though the peer grading we now know had been instituted by that stage). I did do searches for some of the suggestions, but came up empty-handed.

So what I'd like, if possible, is a translation I can put in the glossary and use whenever I come across it in future translations of this nature. I have found "Central Register of Convicts and Rebels" on the Net - could that work? Or is it too literal? TIA for your help.
