balanced meals Explanation: The term that I always hear and see in brochures and infomation sheets that I have translated in the past is "balanced meals". Eat a balanced diet - Coma una dieta balanceada Eat a balanced meal low in calories and low in cholesterol. - Coma comidas balanceadas que sean bajas en calorias y bajas en colesterol Hope this helps! A balanced diet Explanation: Balanced food is a direct translation but in general when speaking of the food we consume we use the word diet.
