Spanish term or phrase: Maestra en Artes Plásticas
This is a Colombian degree issued by the Academia Superior de Artes de Bogotá through an agremeent with the Universidad Distrital "Francisco José de Caldas". What I want to know is whether it is a "Master in Plastic Arts" Degree (what I suspect) or merely an "Art Teacher" Degree.

I appreciate the input from the colleagues.
