"Kindness and professionalism" should cover the idea being conveyed in the Spanish. "Kind" is pretty well synonymous with "humane". "Compassion" might work as well, depending on the context. At any rate, it flows reasonably well in English, which is important. Hope this has been of some assistance.

If you want to keep the \"human\" element, you could possibly say \"professional staff who have the human touch\". It depends on the rest of the sentence and your preferred phrasing. But I think my original suggestion probably works best.
