Despite the plea to see the other reference I am happy with this one. The main thing is that the abbreviations are, as I suspected, originally in English. So I shall simply leave the initials as they are... with confidence that any yachting buffs would know what they mean.

rule to stand alongside the International Offshore Rule (IOR) and to provide time allowances for
cruiser/racer type yachts not effectively rated by the IOR. To accord with its international status
