i am pretty certain that, if spanish, this has to be a misprint. the closest i can get to this would be "tetuda" or eventually tetudo, literally meaning
"large breasted", or "with large breasts", which would be rather strange in its masculine form finishing in 'o'.
perhaps if you could provide context we could see where the mistake lies.
