run along the boundry line, go out of bounds you´ll gain yardage.

Explanation:
andá (andar)por la punta-run along the boundry line.
desbordá (desbordar)que tenés (tienes) más llegada-go out of bounds you´ll gain more yardage. It will put you closer to the goal line.

In football when the player that is carrying the ball sees that he does not have a very good chance of making a touchdown, he runs towards the boundry line and goes out of bounds to avoid being tackled/tagged. Which means that the next play will start at that yard line.

Hope this helps.

saludos,

Bye
