As in my previous questions I will leave the original, but would like to add an explanation. I have no idea what this rice dish consists of... anyone know Valencian cuisine out there?

Explanation:
Containing chickpeas, chicken, chorizo jamón serrano, eggs - cooked on the stove and then put into the oven so that the surface becomes crispy!
