Spanish term or phrase: GRADING MY QUESTIONS
THIS IS TO ADVISE ALL MY COLLEAGUES THAT I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GRADE MY ANSWER FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS.
ON FRIDAY I CALLED THE USA PEOPLE AND TALKED TO HENRY WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THIS PROBLEM. I REALLY FELT VERY BAD BECAUSE I ALWAYS GRADE AS SOON AS I FIND THE ONE THAT FITS THE BEST. HENRY IS IN CHARGE AND I SUPPOSE THE PROBLEM MUST BE SOLVED BY NOW.
I WAS TOLD THAT OTHER TRANSLATORS HAD THE SAME PROBLEM, BUT I REALLY FELT BAD, MAINLY BECAUSE ONE OR TWO OF THE TRANSLATORS SENT ME MAILS (SEVERAL MAILS) COMPLAINING ABOUT MY "ATTITUDE". IN FACT IT WAS NOT AN ATTITUTED BUT A TECHNOLOGICAL DIFFICULTY I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH.
I WILL CONTINUE GRADING AS I´VE ALWAYS HAVE AND MY COMMITMENT WITH OUR GROUP IS THAT I DECIDED TO PAY AN INTERNATIONAL CALL FROM ARGENTINA TO CONTACT PROZ PEOPLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM
HOPE IT WILL BE SOLVED BY NOW.
SORRY FOR THE LONG SPEECH!
REGARDS TO ALL OF YOU!
AURORA, A "PROZ HEAVY USER"

English translation:CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
Explanation:
I agree with all my colleagues and especially with "telef" when he says it took courage just to address the issue and let us know.

I believe there is actually a fairly high percentage of answers that never get graded by the asker--which isn't fair to us ProZ people -- so it's truly refreshing to see a comment like yours and that you've expressed genuine concern:-)

Thanks Aurorah!
I'll certainly keep answering your questions:-)

Regards...
terry

Dear Aurora,

Explanation:

You don't need to make an international phone call ...(or feel so bad!) In the forums section, there is a topic called "bugs", where you can report any technical problem.

Proz.com people are highly efficient and solve such problems very fast.

Moreover, when you post your message there, you let all people know that you have such problem. Otherwise, it is not possible for all the rest to know whether or not you forgot to grade the answers.

Saludos!

It's ok

Explanation:
Hi

I haven't replied to any of your questions lately, but I do apreciate your message. Many translators don't grade their answers, but never give an explanation or apollogize and nobody says a word.

Congratulations on your positive attitude.
