Department of Continuing Legal Education

Explanation:
run a search on any engine for Continuing Legal Education or CLE and you will see that this is the more commonly used term in English. Lawyers in Mexico at least usually take additional specialization courses in several areas. The Extensión Jurídica at a university is the department in charge of administering such courses.

Best of luck!
