Explanation: Para mi falta contexto - tiene que ser "de menos + alguna cosa".
Sin embargo, una de la acepciones de "de menos" es:
falta de número, peso o medido.
En este caso sería "de menos peso" y allí se traduciría como "the academic protocol of the less relevant entity" o algo así.
Podría ser "powerful" ó "authoritative".
