Spanish term or phrase: moscas y arrimados
son trabajadores informales que no deberian estar trabajando en un cierto lugar, no estan en la planilla, molestan, etc. No tengo mas contexto que eso.

Conocen una traduccion o descripcion muy breve en ingles para describir esos trabajadores?

'Moscas y arrimados' es despectivo y yo lo traduciría con 'freeloaders' o 'sponger'. Aunque este último es más bien alguien que te saca dinero o otro tipo de ventaja y no necesariamente en una situación de trabajo. Freeloader, en cambio, da el sentido que tu has indicado.

Thanks. Definitely freeloaders. Spongers is more common to me than kibbitzer - I think that's something only a New Yorker would understand.
