Spanish term or phrase: papiroflexia
This is a term that came to my mind just now. It reminds me of an old teacher of mind, who would make us enjoy this beautiful art of paper-folding (???) instead of teaching us the compulsory Science syllabus...

origami

Explanation:
As Joseph Wu says in the introduction to his web site (which is quite lovely -- well worth a look!), "Origami is the art of paper folding. The word is Japanese,
literally meaning "to fold" (oru) "paper" (kami)…"

origami / origamy

Explanation:
Both the spelling are used. Is a matter of choice. To sound more JA\apanese, Origami would do, pero para dar una froma inglesa se pude optar por " Origamy"

see below

Explanation:
I would leave it as "paper-folding", since it is a widely (maybe the most) used term and it is self-explanatory of its meaning (perhaps some readers might not not know what origami means).
Regards.
